WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY?

Goods sold strictly non-refundable or returns and only exchange is allowed

Original tag and packaging of items must be intact, i.e., uniform must not have been washed.

Exchanges can only be done for items of equivalent or higher value.

Exchanges must be done within 7 business days after the order has been collected.

WHERE IS THE COLLECTION POINT?
UWCSEA Staffs, Students and Parents are welcome to collect their order directly from the Dover College Shop (No appointment needed) Order can pick up during our opening hours from Monday to Friday at 8am - 12pm and 12.45pm - 3.30pm (School Term)
Monday to Friday at 8.30am - 12pm and 1pm - 3.30pm (School Break)
College shop closed on weekend and public holiday
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME FOR THE COLLECTION APPOINTMENT?
Please print out or provide the order confirmation on your mobile phone/tablet.
WILL THE COLLEGE SHOP PROVIDE A CARRYING BAG?
The College Shop will not provide a carrying bag for purchases. You will need to bring your own carrying bag during collection, or purchase a non-woven bag with your online order.
WHERE CAN I PARK? WHERE IS THE DROP-OFF/PICK-UP POINT?
Please proceed to the Carpark to park or for drop-off when arriving for your collection appointment.
